All JULIA VALAS pieces are carefully prepared and shipped from Athens, Greece.

Most items are made to order. Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for preparation before shipment unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and courier services.

Customers outside the European Union may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local authorities.

JULIA VALAS is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen shipping disruptions.
